DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notification Procedure

Upon submission of a properly formatted DMCA notice, our team will promptly act to disable or remove access to the allegedly infringing content. This process is mandated under the DMCA and helps protect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders. However, we are also committed to ensuring that users have the opportunity to respond if they believe content has been mistakenly removed.

To that end, the original DMCA notice, including your personal details such as name, address, and email, may be forwarded to the individual who uploaded the content. They have the right to review the claim and, if appropriate, issue a counter-notification.

Filing a Counter-Notification

Should you believe your material was removed due to error or incorrect identification, you may respond with a counter-notice containing the following elements:

• A detailed identification of the material taken down and the location it occupied before removal.
• Your name and full contact information, including mailing address, phone number, and email.
• A declaration under penalty of perjury that you have a sincere belief the removal occurred as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in your district (or any district where the service provider is located, if outside the U.S.).
• A physical or electronic signature confirming the accuracy of your statement.

We reserve the right to reinstate the removed content if the counter-notice meets all required criteria and no legal action is initiated within the statutory time period.
